ExoticThaiLove.com เป็นแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์สำหรับการสื่อสารและปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมระหว่างผู้ใช้ โดยผู้ใช้สามารถสร้างโปรไฟล์ ส่งข้อความ และโต้ตอบกับผู้ใช้รายอื่นได้ตามความสมัครใจ แพลตฟอร์มนี้ไม่ใช่บริการจัดหาคู่หรือบริการตัวกลางทุกประเภทด้
ฟีเจอร์วิดีโอแชทของ ExoticThaiLove ใช้เทคโนโลยี WebRTC แบบ Peer‑to‑Peer ซึ่งไม่ส่งผ่าน ไม่จัดเก็บ และไม่บันทึกข้อมูลวิดีโอบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรา ระบบนี้ ไม่มีการส่งข้อมูลเสียงระหว่างผู้ใช้ และ ExoticThaiLove ไม่สามารถเข้าถึงภาพจากกล้องของคุณได้
ผู้ใช้ต้องอนุญาตการใช้งานกล้องผ่านเบราว์เซอร์ก่อนทุกครั้ง และต้องรับผิดชอบต่อพฤติกรรมของตนเองระหว่างการใช้งานวิดีโอแชท
แพลตฟอร์มนี้ ไม่ให้บริการ ดังต่อไปนี้:
- การจัดหางานหรือจัดหาพนักงาน
- การจัดหาคู่หรือบริการนายหน้าจัดหาคู่สมรส
- บริการ escort หรือ sugar dating
- บริการความสัมพันธ์ที่มีผลตอบแทนทางการเงิน
- การจัดการเดินทางหรือท่องเที่ยว
- การดำเนินการขอวีซ่า
- การจัดหางานในต่างประเทศ
- การจัดนัดพบหรือประสานงานการพบปะ
แพลตฟอร์มทำหน้าที่เป็นเพียงช่องทางการสื่อสารระหว่างผู้ใช้เท่านั้น
2. Nature and Limits of the Service
ExoticThaiLove.com is an online communication and social interaction platform that allows users to create profiles, send messages, and interact with other users voluntarily :
- create user profiles
- send messages
- view other profiles
- use search and filtering functions
The video chat feature of ExoticThaiLove uses peer‑to‑peer WebRTC technology, which does not route, store, or record any video data on our servers. The system does not transmit audio between users, and ExoticThaiLove has no access to your camera feed.
Users must grant camera permission through their browser and are fully responsible for their conduct during video chat sessions.
The Platform does NOT provide:
- employment mediation
- marriage brokerage
- escort or sugar dating mediation
- financially compensated relationship mediation
- travel organization
- visa services
- foreign employment organization
- meeting organization or coordination
The Platform only provides a communication interface between users.
3. อายุขั้นต่ำและความสามารถทางกฎหมาย
บริการนี้เปิดให้เฉพาะผู้ที่มีอายุอย่างน้อย 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ และมีความสามารถทางกฎหมายตามกฎหมายไทยเท่านั้น
ในขั้นตอนการลงทะเบียน ผู้ใช้ต้องยืนยันว่า:
- มีอายุครบ 20 ปีบริบูรณ์แล้ว
- มีความสามารถทางกฎหมายตามกฎหมายไทย
- ยอมรับข้อกำหนดการใช้งานและนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
ระบบจะปฏิเสธการลงทะเบียนของผู้ที่อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปีโดยอัตโนมัติ และผู้ให้บริการมีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการลงทะเบียนหากข้อมูลบ่งชี้ว่าผู้ใช้ไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์อายุ
3. Age Requirement and Legal Capacity
The Service is only available to users who are at least 20 years old and have full legal capacity under Thai law.
During registration, the user declares that they:
- are at least 20 years old
- have legal capacity under Thai law
- accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy
Registrations from users under 20 are automatically rejected. The Service Provider may refuse registration if the data indicates that the user does not meet the age requirement.
4. การลงทะเบียนและบัญชีผู้ใช้
ในการลงทะเบียน ผู้ใช้ต้อง:

- ลบเนื้อหาที่ฝ่าฝืนกฎของแพลตฟอร์ม
4/A. สถานะบัญชีผู้ใช้และการแจ้งเตือนอัตโนมัติ
แพลตฟอร์มใช้สถานะบัญชีผู้ใช้ดังต่อไปนี้:
- Pending (รอตรวจสอบ) – บัญชีอยู่ระหว่างการตรวจสอบก่อนอนุมัติ
- Active (ใช้งานได้) – บัญชีผ่านการตรวจสอบและอนุมัติแล้ว
- Banned (ถูกระงับถาวร) – บัญชีถูกปิดกั้นเนื่องจากการละเมิดกฎหรือเหตุผลด้านความปลอดภัย
ระบบจะส่งอีเมลแจ้งเตือนอัตโนมัติให้ผู้ใช้ทุกครั้งที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสถานะบัญชี รวมถึง:
- การลงทะเบียนสำเร็จ
- การลงทะเบียนไม่ผ่านการอนุมัติ
- การอนุมัติบัญชี
- การระงับบัญชีชั่วคราว
- การระงับบัญชีถาวร (Ban)
- การกู้คืนหรือเปิดใช้งานบัญชีอีกครั้ง
ผู้ใช้มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการให้ที่อยู่อีเมลที่ถูกต้องและสามารถติดต่อได้ เพื่อให้ได้รับการแจ้งเตือนทั้งหมดจากระบบอย่างครบถ้วน
4. Registration and User Account
During registration, the user must:
- provide accurate and truthful data
- be at least 20 years old
- accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy
Registration is not activated automatically. The account first enters a PENDING status and is subject to prior review.
The Service Provider is entitled to:
- refuse registration
- suspend or delete the user account
- remove content that violates the rules
4/A. Account Statuses and Automatic Notifications
The Platform uses the following account statuses:
- Pending – under initial review
- Active – approved
- Banned – blocked
The system sends automatic e‑mail notifications for all status changes, including:
- successful registration
- rejected registration
- account approval
- account suspension
- account ban
- account reactivation
The user is responsible for providing a valid and accessible e‑mail address.
5. ค่าบริการและการสมัครสมาชิก
ฟีเจอร์บางอย่างของแพลตฟอร์มต้องสมัครสมาชิกแบบพรีเมียมก่อนจึงจะสามารถใช้งานได้ การสมัครสมาชิกเป็นเพียงสิทธิ์ในการเข้าถึงฟีเจอร์ของระบบเท่านั้น และไม่ถือเป็นการรับประกันผลลัพธ์ใด ๆ เช่น การพบคู่ การนัดพบ หรือความสำเร็จในการสื่อสาร
- การสมัครสมาชิกไม่ถือเป็นค่าบริการนายหน้าหรือค่าจัดหาคู่
- ไม่มีการรับประกันว่าจะพบคู่หรือได้รับผลลัพธ์ตามต้องการ
- ไม่มีการคืนเงินหากผู้ใช้ไม่พบคู่หรือไม่ได้รับผลลัพธ์ตามคาดหวัง
- ราคาค่าสมัครสมาชิกจะแสดงบนหน้าเว็บไซต์
รายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับผู้ให้บริการชำระเงินและนโยบายการคืนเงิน จะถูกระบุไว้ในเอกสาร “Refund Policy” แยกต่างหาก
5. Subscription and Fees
Certain features of the Platform require a premium subscription. A subscription only grants access to system features and does not guarantee any outcome, such as meeting someone, forming a relationship, or achieving communication success.
- The subscription is not a matchmaking or brokerage fee
- No guarantee of matches, meetings, or results
- No refunds if the user does not find a partner
- Subscription prices are displayed on the website
Details regarding the payment provider and refund rules are provided in the separate “Refund Policy” document.
6. กิจกรรมที่ต้องห้ามบนแพลตฟอร์ม
ผู้ใช้ ห้าม กระทำกิจกรรมดังต่อไปนี้บนแพลตฟอร์ม:
6.1 ผลประโยชน์ทางการเงิน
- การเสนอเงินสนับสนุน
- การเลี้ยงดูหรือการให้เงินตอบแทน
- การให้ของขวัญเป็นเงิน
- ข้อเสนอ sugar daddy / sugar baby
- ความสัมพันธ์ที่มีผลตอบแทนทางการเงิน
6.2 การให้ข้อมูลติดต่อภายนอก
- หมายเลขโทรศัพท์
- อีเมล
- LINE ID
- Telegram
- ลิงก์ Facebook / Instagram
6.3 เนื้อหาลามกอนาจารหรือเชิง escort
- ภาพลามกอนาจาร
- ข้อความเชิงลามก
- ข้อเสนอที่สื่อถึงการค้าประเวณี
6.4 การชักชวนทำงานต่างประเทศหรือการเดินทาง
- ข้อเสนองานต่างประเทศ
- การดำเนินการขอวีซ่า
- การจัดการเดินทาง
6.5 การคุกคาม ข่มขู่ หรือแบล็กเมล
- การสื่อสารเชิงก้าวร้าว
- การข่มขู่
- การแบล็กเมล
6.6 ข้อมูลปลอมหรือทำให้เข้าใจผิด
- โปรไฟล์ปลอม
- ใช้รูปภาพของผู้อื่น
- ใช้ภาพ stock
6.7 กิจกรรมผิดกฎหมาย
- การค้ามนุษย์
- ยาเสพติด
- อาวุธ
- การชักชวนให้ทำผิดกฎหมาย
การละเมิดกฎข้อใดข้อหนึ่งอาจนำไปสู่การปิดบัญชีทันที
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
6.1 Financial Compensation
- financial support
- allowance or monetary benefits
- money gifts
- sugar daddy / sugar baby offers
- relationships involving financial exchange
6.2 External Contact Sharing
- phone number
- email address
- LINE ID
- Telegram
- Facebook / Instagram links
6.3 Sexual or Escort Content
- pornographic images
- erotic messages
- prostitution‑related offers
6.4 Foreign Job or Travel Recruitment
- job offers abroad
- visa processing
- travel arrangement
6.5 Harassment, Threats, Blackmail
- aggressive communication
- threats
- blackmail
6.6 False or Misleading Information
- false profiles
- using someone else’s photos
- stock photos
6.7 Illegal Activities
- human trafficking
- drugs
- weapons
- incitement to commit crimes
Any violation may result in immediate account termination.
7. การตรวจสอบและความปลอดภัยของแพลตฟอร์ม
แพลตฟอร์มใช้ระบบตรวจสอบหลายระดับ รวมถึงการกรองคำอัตโนมัติ การตรวจจับบอท และการตรวจสอบโดยผู้ดูแลระบบ ผู้ให้บริการมีสิทธิ์ลบเนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎ ระงับบัญชี หรือปิดบัญชีผู้ใช้ที่ละเมิดกฎ
ผู้ใช้สามารถรายงานการละเมิดกฎได้ผ่านระบบแจ้งเตือน (Report)
7. Moderation and Security
The Platform uses multi‑layer moderation, including automatic keyword filtering, bot detection, and manual administrator review. The Service Provider may remove violating content, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts.
Users may report violations through the Report system.
7/1. การระงับบัญชีผู้ใช้ (Suspension)
ผู้ให้บริการมีสิทธิ์ระงับบัญชีผู้ใช้ชั่วคราว หากพบพฤติกรรมหรือข้อมูลที่อาจละเมิดกฎของแพลตฟอร์ม หรือมีเหตุจำเป็นด้านความปลอดภัย โดยเหตุผลที่อาจนำไปสู่การระงับบัญชี ได้แก่:
- มีข้อสงสัยว่าผู้ใช้กระทำการละเมิดกฎของแพลตฟอร์ม
- มีการตรวจสอบพฤติกรรมหรือเนื้อหาที่ผู้ใช้โพสต์
- ผู้ใช้คุกคาม ข่มขู่ หรือรบกวนผู้ใช้อื่น
- ผู้ใช้โพสต์เนื้อหาที่ต้องห้ามหรือผิดกฎหมาย
- ผู้ใช้มีพฤติกรรมที่เข้าข่ายการฉ้อโกงหรือการใช้บริการในทางที่ผิด
ระหว่างที่บัญชีถูกระงับ ผู้ใช้จะ:
- ไม่สามารถเข้าสู่ระบบได้
- ไม่สามารถลบบัญชีของตนเองได้
- ข้อมูลบัญชีจะถูกล็อกชั่วคราว
- ได้รับอีเมลแจ้งเตือนเกี่ยวกับการระงับบัญชี
ผู้ใช้สามารถร้องขอให้ตรวจสอบกรณีการระงับบัญชีได้ในระหว่างกระบวนการตรวจสอบ
7/1. Account Suspension
The Service Provider may temporarily suspend a user account if suspicious or rule‑violating activity is detected, or if required for safety or compliance reasons. Suspension may occur due to:
- suspected violation of Platform rules
- ongoing investigation of user activity or content
- harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users
- uploading prohibited or illegal content
- fraudulent or abusive use of the Service
During suspension, the user:
- cannot log in
- cannot delete their account
- has their account data temporarily locked
- receives an e‑mail notification about the suspension
The user may request a review of the suspension during the investigation period.
7/2. การปิดกั้นบัญชีถาวร (Ban)
ผู้ให้บริการมีสิทธิ์ปิดกั้นบัญชีผู้ใช้ถาวร หากพบว่าผู้ใช้กระทำการร้ายแรงหรือฝ่าฝืนกฎซ้ำซาก รวมถึงกรณีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความปลอดภัยหรือกฎหมาย โดยเหตุผลที่อาจนำไปสู่การปิดกั้นบัญชี ได้แก่:
- การละเมิดกฎอย่างร้ายแรงหรือซ้ำซาก
- การกระทำที่ผิดกฎหมาย
- พฤติกรรมที่เป็นภัยต่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้อื่น
- การฉ้อโกงหรือพฤติกรรมที่เข้าข่ายหลอกลวง
- เนื้อหาหรือพฤติกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการค้าประเวณี การค้ามนุษย์ หรืออาชญากรรมอื่น ๆ
เมื่อบัญชีถูกปิดกั้นถาวร ผู้ใช้จะ:
- ไม่สามารถเข้าสู่ระบบได้อีก
- ไม่สามารถลบบัญชีได้
- ข้อมูลบัญชีจะถูกเก็บรักษาไว้ หากจำเป็นต่อการตรวจสอบหรือกระบวนการทางกฎหมาย
- ได้รับอีเมลแจ้งเตือนเกี่ยวกับการปิดกั้นบัญชี
การปลดแบนขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของผู้ให้บริการเท่านั้น
7/2. Account Ban
The Service Provider may permanently ban a user account in cases of severe or repeated violations, or when required for safety or legal reasons. A ban may occur due to:
- serious or repeated rule violations
- illegal activities
- behavior endangering other users
- fraudulent or deceptive actions
- content or behavior related to prostitution, human trafficking, or other criminal activity
When an account is banned, the user:
- cannot log in again
- cannot delete their account
- has their data preserved if required for legal or investigative purposes
- receives an e‑mail notification about the ban
Unbanning is solely at the discretion of the Service Provider.
8. การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ETDA
แพลตฟอร์ม ExoticThaiLove ปฏิบัติตามพระราชกฤษฎีกาว่าด้วยบริการแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัล พ.ศ. 2565 (Royal Decree on Digital Platform Services B.E. 2565) อย่างครบถ้วน
ผู้ให้บริการมีหน้าที่:
- จัดให้มีระบบรับเรื่องร้องเรียน (Complaint Handling System)
- มีขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบและกลั่นกรองเนื้อหา (Moderation Process)
- เปิดเผยข้อมูลที่จำเป็นตามกฎหมาย
- จัดทำรายงานประจำปีส่งให้ ETDA

8. ETDA Compliance
The Platform complies with the Royal Decree on Digital Platform Services B.E. 2565 (ETDA).
- operates a complaint handling system
- implements a moderation process
- provides transparency mechanisms
- submits annual reports to ETDA

9. การคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA)
แพลตฟอร์มปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) และใช้หลักการ “เก็บเท่าที่จำเป็น” (Data Minimization)
- ไม่เก็บข้อมูลของผู้ที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี
- เก็บข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ
- ลบข้อมูลเมื่อไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้งาน
- เข้ารหัสข้อมูลสำคัญ เช่น รหัสผ่าน

9. Data Protection (PDPA)
The Platform complies with the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applies the principle of data minimization.
- does not collect data from users under 20
- collects only data necessary for the service
- deletes data when no longer required
- encrypts sensitive data such as passwords

10. การลบบัญชีผู้ใช้และการลบข้อมูล
ผู้ใช้สามารถลบบัญชีของตนเองได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยเมื่อทำการลบ:
- โปรไฟล์จะถูกลบถาวร
- ข้อความทั้งหมดจะถูกลบ
- รูปภาพทั้งหมดจะถูกลบ
- ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั้งหมดจะถูกทำลาย
- ข้อมูลไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้
ข้อยกเว้น: ข้อมูลธุรกรรมการชำระเงินจะถูกเก็บไว้ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
10. Account Deletion and Data Erasure
Users may delete their account at any time. Upon deletion:
- the profile is permanently removed
- all messages are deleted
- all photos are deleted
- all personal data is destroyed
- data cannot be restored
Exception: payment‑related data is retained as required by law.

ผู้ใช้ไม่สามารถลบบัญชีได้ หาก:
- บัญชีอยู่ในสถานะระงับ (Suspended)
- บัญชีถูกปิดกั้นถาวร (Banned)

10/1. Account Deletion Restrictions
Users cannot delete their account if:
- the account is suspended
- the account is banned
- a legal or security investigation is ongoing
- the user is under investigation for rule violations
Account deletion is possible only when:
- the investigation is completed
- no legal obstacles remain
- the Service Provider approves the deletion
11. การยุติการให้บริการ
ผู้ให้บริการมีสิทธิ์:
- ลบบัญชีผู้ใช้
- แก้ไขบริการ
- ยุติการให้บริการ
ผู้ใช้สามารถขอลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อ
11. Termination of Service
The Service Provider may:
- delete user accounts
- modify the service
- terminate the service
Users may request account deletion at any time.
12. ข้อพิพาทและกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
กฎหมายไทยเป็นกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ และศาลไทยมีเขตอำนาจในการพิจารณาคดีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการนี้
12. Governing Law and Disputes
Thai law applies. Thai courts have jurisdiction over all disputes related to the Service.
13. ข้อกำหนดสุดท้าย
ข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่เผยแพร่ ผู้ให้บริการขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดได้ทุกเมื่อ
13. Final Provisions
These Terms take effect on the date of publication. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or update the Terms at any time.
